CNC Drawing Machine with Automatic Tool Changer

Under Development

A versatile CNC drawing machine with automatic tool changing capabilities for educational environments. Currently under development.

Our CNC Drawing Machine with Automatic Tool Changer is an innovative educational project designed to introduce students to the principles of computer numerical control (CNC) technology, robotics, and automation in a hands-on, engaging way.

This versatile machine allows students to create precise drawings and designs while learning about coordinate systems, motion control, and basic programming concepts. The automatic tool changer feature enables the machine to switch between different drawing implements (pens, pencils, markers) during operation, introducing students to more advanced automation concepts.

Features:

  • Modular design with 3D-printed components and standard hardware
  • Arduino-based control system with easy-to-understand programming
  • Automatic tool changing mechanism for multiple drawing implements
  • Drawing area of approximately 200mm x 200mm
  • Comprehensive assembly and programming guides
  • Integration with open-source software for creating designs
  • Suitable for middle and high school STEM education

This project is currently under development, with prototypes being tested in select educational environments. We're refining the design for durability, ease of assembly, and educational value before full release.
